How to join.

Most people considering joining come to a few rehearsals to find out what we are about. If you wish to continue you will be asked to fill in a membership form and you will receive a welcome pack with more detailed information together with a FREE pen! There is more information on the Member info page.

We will be glad to welcome you.

Singers in all sections are always welcome, whatever your age, or musical background. There is no audition but the ability to read music is very helpful, though not essential. It is, however, clearly important that you are able to pitch a note and sing in tune. Many of our members came to see what choral singing was all about, and have stayed.

Rehearsals

Rehearsals run from September to early December for the December Concert. We begin rehearsals for the May concert on Monday January 4th at Mount Pleasant Methodist Church, Mount Pleasant, Quarry Bank. If you can’t attend the first rehearsal, do not be put off, just come as soon as you can. All you have to do is turn up at 7.30pm on any Monday and you can start from then.
